Oriented Holistic Therapeutic Bodywork
My approach to pain management is structural, using a variety of advanced clinical massage therapy and bodywork modalities for treating acute and chronic soft tissue pain, and tension from stress. I am fortunate and grateful to have trained with some of the best therapists and teachers in the business. James Waslaski's Orthopedic Massage and Don McCann's Structural Energetic Therapy® have most consistently provided long-term symptom-free results for my clients. Sessions are typically 1 - 1 1/2 hours long and focus on eliminating the underlying cause of each clinical condition before addressing the symptoms, releasing old structural patterns in order to rehabilitate and support a new postural alignment.
Many of today's health problems
arise from stress, which upsets the delicate integral balance
of all our body's functions. Regaining balance is oftentimes
most successfully treated with a holistic approach such as Zero Balancing®, (ZB)a hands-on
body-mind therapy that promotes internal balance and harmony.
It relieves tension from stress within the body and mind and
purges symptoms caused by energetic or structural imbalance.
ZB encourages integration and stabilization, which enhances
our bodys natural healing process.
My overall style is conservative and my methods are practical — specifically tailored to my client's needs. I use several modalities that have safely and effectively reduced stress, relieved and eliminated soft tissue pain. They have been applied for relief from many specific conditions and problems.
